Coaching is available over the telephone or face-to-face in central London. If you decide on telephone coaching, I will call you to save telephone costs. We can arrange calls at a time to suit your schedule, including evenings as well as weekends at no extra charge.
For face-to-face coaching my fees are higher because of travelling time. We'll meet in a convenient location in central London such as a purpose designed coaching room, or a quiet public space such as the members' room at the Royal Festival Hall.
I aim to be flexible so I can meet your unique requirements - you can have a single coaching session or as many as you need.
For life coaching, I recommend a course of 6 coaching sessions held over a period of 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your availability and the goal you are working towards. But we will monitor your progress together, and you can end your coaching whenever you feel the time is right. If you want to try out coaching and see how it can help you, a single session is a good idea to start you off.
You can pay by cheque, electronic transfer or cash (PayPal coming soon). Payment should be made before your coaching session takes place, or before I start work on your cover letter or CV.

Fees for business coaching
Coaching for business purposes, eg performance improvement, usually involves more work because I'll need to liaise with managers or supervisors. So my fees are a little higher than for personal coaching. Please call for details.
All business coaching is conducted at your business premises, on a face-to-face basis. I will discuss arrangements with the manager responsible for booking the coaching sessions.
Payment is not required in advance for business coaching. I'll send an invoice at the end of each month, and will require payment within 30 days.
Cancellations
When you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice.
In the unlikely event that I need to rearrange an appointment, I will always give at least 48 hours notice, except in cases of accidents or illness.
Reduced rate coaching
I provide some reduced rate, one-to-one coaching sessions and courses each year because I don't believe that money should stop someone benefitting from coaching.

Please note: I usually provide this service via the telephone, but will call you, so you'll not be faced with a hefty 'phone bill.
