I am a professional life and career coach, based in London, UK.

I have a passion for helping people make changes in their lives to achieve extraordinary results. For example, I've helped clients change career, recover from redundancy, get a better balance between their work and life, obtain university courses at Master's level, and much more.

Whatever goal you have in mind, I can help you achieve it.

And while we're working to fulfill your dreams and ambitions, you'll learn a great deal more about yourself than you ever thought possible.

I specialise in coaching people who have lost their jobs through redundancy, as well as clients who want to get on in the world of arts and media.

A member of the Association for Coaching, I am a professionally-trained life coach, and I continually develop my coaching skills with regular training to offer my clients the very best coaching service. I have also been trained to train other coaches.

Welcome ...

Peter's assistance has been invaluable in helping me develop a sense of closure on my 'old' life, explore new options and consider the practical steps needed to help me realise them.

Along the way, I've had fun (something which was definitely lacking from my previous existence), and discovered a lot more about myself, who I am, and my priorities for the future.

Journal writing group and the 1001 Journals Project

After attending a journal writing course last year at City Lit, I became a founder member of a journal writing group. We call ourselves 'The Southbank Diarists' because we hold our meetings at the Southbank Centre.

We discuss all kinds of issues, enjoy reading published diaries, and have a website which has lots of information about writing diaries and journals

We've recently set-up a location based journal for the 1001 Journals project. You can find our journal in the Poetry Library at the Royal Festival Hall. You can add an entry of your own, or just read the contents.

Listening Service at St Andrews Church, Holborn

I have been a volunteer listener at St Andrew's Church in Holborn since the beginning of this year.

The service operates Monday to Thursday each week from 11 am to 3 pm. The aim is to allow people to talk to someone in confidence and without judgement. A large number of people have benefited from the service since it was set up last summer.

You can find out more about the service here.

The London Bridge forum meets on the last Thursday of each month. If you are a coach and interested in coming along to our meetings, you can find our more from the AC Forums' website.

Mousetrap Theatre Projects

I am passionate about the arts and especially the theatre. As part of my portfolio of activities, I write theatre reviews for London Theatre Guide Online

So, I spend some time each week acting as volunteer IT and web consultant to Mousetrap Theatre Projects, a charity based in Covent Garden, London which helps young people and families to enjoy the best of West End theatre at a fraction of the usual cost.
